Join us for a social spin through the Silvan trails! This ride is all about community and getting out on the dirt. We’ll choose a route on the day based on the group’s experience level and the trail conditions. The ride will leave from the Silvan main entrance of the Reservoir on Stonyford Road, where toilet facilities are available. We will be riding the Silvan trails and choosing from a variety of tracks. Expect a social, no-drop pace, featuring plenty of switchback climbs and flowing descents with some technical features. The specific route will be determined by the ride leader on the morning, taking into consideration the group's experience level and the current weather. Because Silvan is prone to high rainfall, we will advise you through our social media channels if we need to cancel. This ride is open to everyone aged 18 and over. What you will need: * A mountain bike in good working order * An Australian safety standards approved helmet * Water, snacks, spare tube Meeting point is main carpark near toilet block at Silvan Reservoir, 8:45 am meet for 9 am roll out. Join us for our final social ride for the year at the Warburton Bike Park!

YRMTB Warburton Bike Park social ride.  The wait is finally over and it’s time to gather your mates and come join us for a social ride on the new trails. The ride will leave from the Wesburn Park between the pump track and the toilet facilities at 1pm on Saturday 19th July. There will be various rides leaving, lead by our YRMTB committee members, ride groups will be determined on the day. YRMTB women’s social ride. The day has come.... we'll be riding Warburton Bike Park, so much excitement for this ride, pump up the tires, check over the bike and bring your stoke for an arvo of fun, chatter and laughs as we check out the new trails. This ride is open to women and those that identify as women. Come and join YRMTB for a couple of varying loops of Silvan. Ride as much or as little as you like.  Meet at 9:30am at Silvan Reservoir Park for a 10:00am roll-out. We’ll finish with a BBQ lunch at Silvan Reservoir park. Food and drinks will be provided by YRMTB. IMPORTANT: Please bring your AusCycling membership.
